Ingredients

  • 3 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander
  • 2 Cheese Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp Rice Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dhaniya Jeera powder
  • 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Butter
  • Half Slice Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Instructions

Take a bowl and grate the boiled potatoes.

Now add grated carrot, coriander, rice flour (cornflour optional), lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, dhania jeera powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt and

mix the ingredients together properly and make a soft dough of the mixture.

Once the dough is ready, grease your hands with oil and take out a lump of dough and roll it.

Now keep the rolled dough in between a plastic sheet and then make 2 evenly sized rotis out of the dough.

Now apply tomato ketchup and grated cheese on one roti and cover it with another roti making it like a sandwich and press the borders of the 2 roti's properly so that it gets covered and ready.

Heat a pan on medium flame and once ready apply butter on the pan and put the sandwich on the pan and heat it until it becomes golden brown.

Once done, the tasty lip-smacking aloo sandwich is ready to be served !!
