Cheesy Stuffed Pav Bhaji Buns Recipe - Quick & Easy Tiffin Recipes - Recipe for Kids by Deepika Ghare
- 2 Pav Buns
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cauliflower
- 1/4 Cup Freshly Boiled Green Peas
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- !/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
- 2 Medium Sized Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 Medium Sized Grated Potatoes
- 1 Small Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Medium Sized Finely Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Beetroot
- 2 Tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
- 1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
- 1 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1 Cheese Cube

Take a pan and heat it by adding oil and then lower the flame and add butter and mix it until the butter melts.
Once the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and then sit the onions until they change their colour and become soft.
Now add ginger garlic paste and stir well.
Add chopped capsicum and stir the mixture for a minute.
Add tomatoes and sit them until they become soft.
Now add chopped beetroot, chopped carrots, chopped cabbage, chopped cauliflower and mix well together.
Now add half cup water in the mixture and cover it and let it cook for 8-10 minutes.
On completion of 10 minutes, add boiled green peas, boiled potatoes (either grated or crushed), turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and mix the ingredients properly and then add lemon juice and salt and mix them properly into a mixture.
Now take a masher and mash the mixture and then add chopped coriander and turn off the gas.
As the buns are to be made in the cooker, remove the whistle and inner ring of the cooker and keep a stand inside and preheat the cooker for 5 minutes.
For pav stuffing, take a pav bun and cut the upper portion of the pav into a square-shaped section and press it downwards to create a hollow section to fill the stuffing.
Now take melted butter and add a pinch of chilli flakes and oregano into the butter and mix it.
Now apply this butter on the pav surface evenly and insert the pav bhaji stuffing in the hollow surface on the pav and the put the required stuffing and grate cheese on top of the pav and make it ready for baking.
For the baking purpose, take an aluminium tin and grease its base with butter and put the pav inside the aluminium vessel and then bake the buns on a medium flame for 10 minutes.
On completion of the baking period, remove the buns and serve them hot for a delicious treat !!!!
