- 4 Brown Bread Slices
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum
- 1 Grated Cheese Cube
- 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1 Tsp Oil

Keep a pan on the gas and set the flame to low and add oil and butter and stir until the butter melts.
Once the butter has melted, keep the gas on medium flame and add chopped cabbage, carrot and capsicum and stir them until the rawness of these vegetables is removed. (Don't overcook them)
Once ready, add all the remaining masalas and mix them well together.
Once all the masalas are completely mixed, turn off the gas and add tomato sauce, chopped coriander leaves, and grated cheese and mix well and once done remove the mixture in a bowl and keep aside to cool down.
For bread rolls - Take the bread slice and cut out the edges.
Now roll the bread slices so that they become flat and then put the mixture onto the bread. (Rolling method is shown in the video)
Now roll the bread and apply water on the end of the bread so that the bread surface sticks properly and the mixture gets covered properly into the bread.
Once the bread rolls are ready, coat the rolls evenly from all sides with oil or butter for roasting.
Heat the pan and when heated, add 1 tbsp oil and put the bread rolls into the pan for roasting.
Roast the rolls evenly until they become golden brown.
