Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Sweet Corn
  • 2 Cup Potatos Boiled and Mashed
  • 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ Cup Carrot finely chopped
  • ½ Cup Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
  • 1 Cup Corn Flakes Crumbs
  • 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 Tablespoon Green Chilli Paste
  • 2 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander and Cumin Powder
  • Salt to Taste

First grind the corn in a rough paste.

Put it in a bowl (Do not used water in grinding) Add boiled potatoes, carrot, coriander leaves, green chili paste, ginger and garlic paste, red chili paste (depend on how spicy you want), lemon juice, corn flour, salt according to your taste add all of this and mix it well (we used corn flour so that it binds well, if you feel the consistency is a little loose you can add corn flour to bind nicely).

Apply some oil on your palm and put these in a circle shape.

Add mozzarella cheese between them and close it (we add oil on our palm so that the paste does not stick).

Put these cutlets in corn flakes. Repeat the procedure for all the cutlets.

Heat oil and shallow fry the cutlet (you can fry it deep fry as well).

Fry it till it turns brown on both the side. It take 2 to 3 min. It is tasty to eat.

Remove it in a tissue placed in a plate. If you do not want cheese you can avoid it.

Serve it with green chutney or sauce.
