Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 2 cups boiled and smashed potatoes
  • 2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
  • 1/2 cup ginger and garlic paste
  • 1 cup cheese grated
  • tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoon suji (semolina) soaked in water
  • red chili powder
  • oil
  • lime water
  • butter
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Make a dough of wheat flour and suji (semolina), make it a little soft (because of suji the chapati will crispy).

Cover it and keep for 10 min, meanwhile we will prepare our stuffing for frankie.

Keep the pan to heat at low flame.

Add oil and 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and saute it.

Add red chili powder around 1 tablespoon and mix well, add smashed potatoes.

Mix it properly and add lime water, coriander leaves,salt according to taste and mix it properly for 1 min.

Now switch off the gas. After 10 min we see that the dough has swell on up.

Now we will make chapati out of it.

Put the pan to heat in the low flame, add oil to make the chapati, Put it in the pan to heat now turn it the other side.

Add butter, when we see that it starts become a golden brown and crispy, Remove it.

Repeat the procedure for next chapatis then switch off the flame.

Apply sauce to both the chapatis. now put cabbage over it.

Add the stuffing in the center and sprinkle cheese over it and fold it.

Now our 'veg frankie' is ready to eat.
