Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Wheat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Gram Flour
  • 2 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Grated Carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Green Chili Paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tsp Carom Seeds
  • Salt
  • Ghee

Instructions

Take a big mixing bowl and grate the boiled potatoes.

Now add wheat flour, gram flour, grated carrot, freshly chopped coriander leaves, and all the remaining ingredients and mix it properly and make a dough of the mixture. (Tip - Do not use water while making the dough)

Once the dough is ready, cover the bowl and keep aside for 10 minutes.

On completion of 10 minutes, apply 1 tsp oil and again mix the dough.

Now take lumps of the dough as per your preference and roll them round.

Dip the rolled dough into wheat flour and then roll the dough and make paratha's of the dough. (The paratha's thickness must be even as shown in the video)

Now heat a pan and apply ghee or butter as per your preference and then heat the paratha from both sides by applying ghee or butter on the paratha until they become golden brown.

Once done, the Tasty No Stuff Aloo Paratha's are ready to be served !!!
