Paneer Chilli Recipe Using Ching’s Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
- 200gm Paneer (cut into cubes)
- 1 onion chopped in square shape
- 1 Capsicum chopped in square shape
- 1/4 cup Carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp Spring Onion (garnish)
- 1 Green Chilli (Slit)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Packet Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Masala
Paneer Chilli Dry and Gravy Indo Chinese starter recipe in hindi - Chings Paneer Chilli Masala
In a bowl add Ching's Secret Paneer Chilli Masala to 2 cup water and mix well.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in pan and add green chilli (add more of you want it hot.)
Add all chopped vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 min.
Add paneer cubes and mix well. Add masala mixture and stir well.
Bring to boil and simmer for 2-3 min for thicker gravy simmer for 3-4 min.
The gravy is thicker now (after 4 min) and turn off the heat.
Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
