- 1/2 Cup Semolina (Barik Sooji)
- 1 Tbsp Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 Tbsp Curd
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 Medium Sized Potato
- 1 Tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala

Take a big bowl and add semolina (barik sooji) and curd and add half cup water and mix it well with a wire whisk and cover it and keep aside for 10 minutes to set.
On completion of 10 minutes, take the potato which is washed with water and then grate it into the mixture.
Now add gram flour (besan), coriander leaves, coriander-cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, and salt according to taste and mix all the ingredients properly with a wire whisk and make the batter ready.
Now heat a pan and once heated, keep the gas on a low flame and then grease the surface with oil and slowly put the batter on the pan surface.
The batter must be evenly spread to create a medium size for proper cooking. (not too thin)
Cover the pan for 2 minutes and then flip it to make it golden brown from both sides.
Once properly cooked, remove the roll and cut it evenly for a tasty and delicious serving !!
