Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Besan
  • 1/2 cup Ginger and dried Coconut chutney
  • 1 tsp Til
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Take a big bowl and add wheat flour, besan, til, salt and oil and mix the mixture by adding the required amount of water. (make a medium consistency dough)

Once the dough is ready, cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.

On completion of 20 minutes, rub the dough once again so that it becomes ready for preparation.

Now take some wheat flour in a plate and make medium-sized lumps out of the dough.

Now make 2 evenly sized roti out of the dough and apply garlic and dried coconut chutney on one roti and cover it with another like a sandwich.

Press the borders of the roti so that the mixture sets properly in between the roti. Make sure that the borders are properly pressed to create a proper stuffing.

Once ready, dip into wheat flour and press the sides by rolling the pin and roll it gently until the chutney touches the inner surface and becomes visible on the outside.

Now heat the pan on a medium flame and once done, put the paratha into the pan and start to heat it.

Heat it from one side and when the paratha starts to get fluffy, flip it and heat the other side evenly.

Apply oil or ghee and heat the paratha properly amd get it ready for a delicious serving !!!
