- 4 Whole Wheat bread
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped green Capsicum
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Green Peas
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
- 1 Tsp Coriander-Cumin Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Tsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Cheese Cube
- 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tbsp Maida

Take a pan and heat it on a medium flame.
Once heated, lower the flame and oil and butter and mix them until the butter melts.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, chopped green capsicum, fresh green peas and stir these ingredients on a medium flame for 2 minutes to remove the rawness of the ingredients.
Now lower the gas flame and add coriander-cumin powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt according to taste and once again mix the ingredients for 1 minute.
Now add freshly chopped coriander in the mixture and turn off the gas and mix them properly and let it cool down.
Once cooled, add grated cheese and tomato sauce and mix them properly into a stuffing.
For bread process, take maida into a small bowl and add a pinch of salt and 2 tbsp water and make a liquid mixture of it.
Take brown bread and remove its edges and roll it flat and place the stuffing into the bread.
Now take the maida liquid mixture and spread it evenly on the bread edges with a spoon and cover the bread into a sandwich shape making it look like a bread pocket.
Press the edges of the bread pocket to ensure proper sticking of the bread surface to avoid leakages of the stuffing.
Now roll the bread pockets into the liquid maida mixture and then roll them into the bread crumbs and coat the bread pocket evenly.
Now heat the oil into a deep frying pan and when ready, slowly release the coated bread pockets into the oil by keeping it on a medium flame until they become golden brown.
Keep the bread pockets on a tissue to remove the excess oil.
The delicious and tasty bread pockets are ready to be served !!!!
